Mobile app development company for repeat customers.
Digify365 is a mobile app development company that builds iOS and Android apps for local businesses in Islamabad, Riyadh and Dallas. We make booking apps, loyalty apps and customer portals that bring people back without paying for another ad. Every project runs from discovery to design, build, launch and support, and you own the code and the store accounts.
Most businesses need a fast website first. Some need an app.
An app earns its place when customers come back often. A gym member books classes three times a week. A clinic patient rebooks every few months. A car owner needs a service reminder twice a year. For those businesses, an icon on the customer’s home screen is a direct line that no ad auction can price you out of, and a push notification costs nothing to send.
If people buy from you once every few years, nobody will download the app, let alone open it. You’ll get more from a quick mobile site and good ads, and we’ll say so on the first call. In that case our website development service is the better spend.
When an app does make sense, it has to do one job better than your website can: booking in two taps, a loyalty card that fills itself, or a portal where customers check orders, plans or results without calling you. That’s what custom app development should mean. The app is designed around your services, prices and customers, not a white-label template with your logo dropped on top.
Signs an app will pay off
- Frequent visits. Customers book, order or check in at least once a month.
- A list worth keeping. You already have hundreds of customers you’d like to hear from again.
- Phone-heavy staff. Bookings eat hours of calls and WhatsApp back-and-forth every day.
- Paper loyalty. Points, packages or memberships run on stamp cards or a spreadsheet.
- Rising ad costs. You want a channel to past customers that Meta and Google don’t charge for.
Apps built around one job each.
Most local business apps are one of these, or two combined. Every project includes the app, an admin panel and the backend that runs them.
Booking apps
Live availability, deposits, confirmations and rescheduling, synced with the calendar your staff already use.
Loyalty and membership apps
Digital stamp cards, points, prepaid packages and member prices, with push notifications for offers.
Customer portals
A logged-in space for orders, invoices, treatment plans, documents or the progress of a job.
Ordering and checkout
Menus, carts and payment with Stripe and Apple Pay in the US, mada in Saudi Arabia, and JazzCash or Easypaisa in Pakistan.
Admin panel
A web dashboard where your team edits services, prices and offers and sees every booking as it lands.
CRM and tracking
Sign-ups and bookings flow into your CRM, and installs are tracked back to the ad that brought them.
One build team, three markets.
Payments, language and support hours change by city. The way we build doesn’t.

Some agencies publish your app under their own developer account and keep the code on their servers. When you leave, you lose the listing, the reviews and the download history, and you start again from zero.
We set things up the other way round. Before any code is written, the Apple and Google developer accounts are opened in your business name, the code repository is created in your name, and the backend hosting is billed to your card. We work inside those accounts with access you can remove at any time.
Apple asks companies for a D-U-N-S number before it approves a business developer account. It’s free, but it can take a week or two, so we start it during discovery. Registering on Google Play as an organization also avoids the 14-day closed testing period that new personal accounts must complete before going live.
What apps usually cost and take.
These are typical US agency ranges, shown so you can sanity-check any quote. They are not our prices. You get a fixed quote from us after discovery.
| App type | Typical build time | Typical US agency quote | What moves the price |
|---|---|---|---|
| Loyalty or membership app | 8–12 weeks | $20,000–$50,000 | Reward rules, link to your till or POS |
| Booking app | 10–16 weeks | $30,000–$70,000 | Calendar sync, deposits, staff logins |
| Customer portal | 12–20 weeks | $40,000–$100,000 | Logins, documents, links to your systems |
| Ordering app with payments | 14–24 weeks | $50,000–$150,000 | Menu size, delivery rules, payment gateways |
| Yearly upkeep | Ongoing | 15–20% of build cost | New iOS and Android versions, store policy changes |
From idea to store listing.
Four stages, with a working build on your phone long before launch day.
- Weeks 1–2
Discovery
We pin down the one job the app must do, who uses it, the screens and the systems it connects to. You get a fixed scope and quote.
- Weeks 2–4
Design
Wireframes, then a clickable prototype you tap through on your own phone before any code is written.
- Weeks 4–16
Build
Two-week sprints. Each one ends with a test build on your phone through TestFlight or Google Play testing.
- Final weeks
Launch
Store listings, screenshots, privacy details and review submission. Apple review usually takes one to three days.
After launch, support. Apps break quietly when Apple or Google ship a new phone OS. Our support plan covers crash monitoring, bug fixes, updates for each new iOS and Android release, and small changes each month. It runs month to month with 30 days’ notice.
App development questions.
How much does it cost to build a mobile app?
It depends on scope. A loyalty app with a handful of screens costs far less than an ordering app with payments and delivery. After discovery we send a fixed quote for the build and a separate monthly figure for support. Store fees go straight from you to Apple and Google: $99 a year and $25 once.
How long does an app take to build?
Most local business apps take 8 to 20 weeks from the first call to the store listing. Apple and Google review adds a few days. Getting a D-U-N-S number and developer accounts approved can take one to two weeks, so we start that in week one.
Do you build native or cross-platform apps?
For most local business apps we use one cross-platform codebase, usually Flutter or React Native, that ships to both iOS and Android. It costs less to build and to maintain. We go fully native only when the app leans hard on device features such as Bluetooth hardware or heavy camera work.
Who owns the app, the code and the store accounts?
You do. The Apple and Google developer accounts are registered to your business, the code lives in a repository you own, and the backend runs on hosting billed to you. If we stop working together, nothing has to be moved or handed back.
Why hire an app development company based in Islamabad?
Islamabad has a deep pool of mobile developers, and our rates reflect local costs, not Dallas or Riyadh office rents. You talk directly to the people building your app and test every build on your own phone. For Riyadh our working days overlap almost fully; for Dallas we hold calls and releases around US Central time.
Can the app connect to our CRM and our ads?
Yes. Bookings and sign-ups can flow into GoHighLevel or the CRM you already use, and install and purchase events can be sent to Meta and Google so your ads learn from real customers instead of taps.
