CRM automation that turns leads into booked jobs.

Digify365 sets up CRM automation for local businesses in Islamabad, Riyadh and Dallas. Every call, form, WhatsApp message and Facebook lead lands in one CRM, gets an instant reply, and moves through follow-ups, booking and reminders until it becomes a booked job or a clear no. We build on GoHighLevel or the CRM you already use.

Where leads go missing

Ads bring the lead. Follow-up books the job.

The ads work and the leads come in. Then a form sits in an inbox until the evening, a WhatsApp chat gets answered the next morning, and a missed call is never called back. By then the buyer has messaged two other businesses and booked with whoever replied first.

Speed matters more than most owners think. Widely cited lead-response research found that reaching a lead within five minutes made contact many times more likely than waiting half an hour. A small team with customers in front of them can’t hit that by hand, every time, all day.

That’s why CRM automation is the last step in everything we build. Our Meta Ads and Google Ads work brings the lead in. The CRM answers it straight away, keeps following up until there’s a booking, and then tells the ad accounts which leads turned into paying customers, so the next lead costs less.

Signs you need this

  • Scattered leads. Enquiries live in four places: phone, email, WhatsApp and the Facebook inbox.
  • No count. Nobody can say how many leads came in last week, or what happened to them.
  • Missed calls. Calls during busy hours ring out and never get a call back.
  • No-shows. Empty slots that were booked and never filled.
  • Few reviews. Hundreds of happy customers, a handful of Google reviews.
The quickest win

Missed call text back, explained.

When a call goes unanswered, the CRM sends the caller a message within seconds: “Sorry we missed you, this is the clinic. How can we help?” The caller replies instead of ringing the next business on the list. The reply lands in the same inbox as every other lead, and your team gets an alert.

The channel changes by market. For Dallas businesses it goes out as a text from a registered business number, which in the US means A2P 10DLC registration first. In Riyadh and Islamabad it goes out on WhatsApp, because that’s where buyers expect to hear back. Riyadh reminders and follow-ups also respect the Sunday–Thursday week, so nobody gets a sales message on a Friday.

Behind it sits a simple pipeline. Every lead has a stage, every stage has an owner, and nothing sits in “new” for more than a day without someone seeing it.

Which CRM

GoHighLevel, or the CRM you already pay for.

For most new builds we work as a GoHighLevel agency. It puts the CRM, calendar, texting, email, WhatsApp and review requests under one login, with a phone app your front desk will actually use. For a CRM for small business with one location or a handful, it covers nearly everything without stitching tools together.

If you already run HubSpot, Zoho or another CRM, we work inside it. Our CRM implementation services cover connecting your lead sources, building whatever automations your tool supports and filling the gaps with integrations. And because we come at it as a CRM consultant as well as a builder, we’ll tell you plainly if the tool itself is the problem.

What stays yours

  • Your data. Contacts, conversations, call recordings and pipeline history.
  • Your numbers. Phone and WhatsApp numbers registered to your business.
  • Your account. Your own subscription, or a hosted account we transfer to you if you leave.
  • Your exports. Download everything at any time, no questions asked.
How we set it up

Live in about three weeks.

The same four steps whether you start from scratch or from a CRM nobody uses.

  1. Day 1–2 · free

    Audit

We trace where your leads come from and where they stall, using your call logs, inboxes and ad accounts.

  2. Week 1

    Build

CRM set up, lead sources connected, phone and WhatsApp numbers linked, pipeline stages agreed.

  3. Week 2

    Automate

Replies, sequences, reminders and review requests written, then tested end to end with real test leads.

  4. Week 3 onward

    Train and tune

A short session for your team on the mobile app, then monthly fixes wherever leads still stall.

Questions

CRM automation questions.

How much does CRM automation cost?

Our fee depends on how many lead sources, locations and automations you need; plans start from $800 (PKR 50,000 in Pakistan, SAR 2,500 in Saudi Arabia) a month, and you get a fixed quote after the free audit. Software is separate: a GoHighLevel subscription or your existing CRM, plus usage costs for texts, calls and WhatsApp messages, all billed to you.

How long does setup take?

About three weeks for a single location: one week to build and connect, one week to write and test the automations, then training. US business texting can take longer, because A2P 10DLC registration has to be approved by the carriers first.

Do we have to switch to GoHighLevel?

No. If your current CRM can take in all your lead sources and run the automations, we build inside it. We recommend GoHighLevel when you’re juggling several tools that don’t talk to each other, or have no CRM at all yet.

Won’t automatic messages put customers off?

Not when they’re written well. Every message is short, written in your voice and signed by your business. The sequence stops the moment someone replies, so a real person on your team takes the conversation from there.

Who owns the CRM and the data?

You do. Contacts, conversations, call recordings and pipeline history belong to your business, and phone numbers are registered in your business name. If we host the account and you leave, we transfer it to you. Contracts run month to month with 30 days’ notice.

Why use a CRM team based in Islamabad?

CRM work is building, testing and watching numbers, none of which needs someone in your office. Being in Islamabad keeps our fee lower, and we build and monitor on your clock: US Central for Dallas, Sunday to Thursday on GMT+3 for Riyadh, and Pakistan time for Islamabad.
