Lead generation agency for booked appointments.

Digify365 is a lead generation agency that builds the full system local businesses need to turn ad clicks into booked appointments. We set up landing pages, call and conversion tracking, and instant routing of every lead to your phone, WhatsApp or CRM, then run Meta Ads and Google Ads into it. Clients come from all over the US, plus our three core cities: Dallas, Riyadh and Islamabad.

Why leads go missing

Most leads are lost after the click.

When ads don’t produce customers, the ads usually get the blame. In most accounts we audit, the bigger leak is what happens next. The click lands on a homepage with six menu items and no clear next step. The form sends an email to an inbox nobody checks until evening. The phone rings while the front desk is busy, and nobody calls back.

Local lead generation works when each step is built for the step before it. Someone searching for an emergency plumber needs a page about emergency plumbing, a number they can tap, and a person who answers. Someone who saw a med spa offer on Instagram needs that same offer on the page and a quick reply by text or WhatsApp. We build those paths one by one, then measure where people drop out.

That’s the real difference between buying ads and doing lead generation for small business. The ad is one part. The page, the tracking and the reply time decide what each customer really costs you.

Where leads leak

  • Homepage landings. A visitor clicks an ad for one service and lands on a page about everything you do.
  • No call tracking. Nobody can say which ad made the phone ring, so budget goes to the wrong campaigns.
  • Slow replies. A form answered the next morning has often booked with someone else by then.
  • Leads in five places. Calls, forms, DMs and WhatsApp chats spread across phones and inboxes, with no follow-up.
What we build

What our lead generation agency sets up for you.

Four parts, built and tested together, so every lead is captured, counted and answered.

Landing pages

One fast page per service and area, carrying the offer from the ad, a tap-to-call button, a short form and reviews near the top. No menus to wander off into, and nothing that slows the page on a phone.

Call and conversion tracking

Tracking numbers on ads and pages, call recordings, and form and WhatsApp click events. All of it is sent back to Google Ads and Meta as conversions, so their bidding learns from real leads instead of clicks.

Instant lead routing

Every new lead goes to the right person in seconds: a text or WhatsApp alert to your phone, an email to the team and a new contact in your CRM. Missed calls get an automatic text back.

Speed-to-lead follow-up

An instant reply confirms the enquiry and asks the first useful question, such as the address or preferred time. If nobody books, timed follow-ups keep the lead warm for a week instead of a few hours.

Typical numbers

What a local lead usually costs.

Use these ranges to sanity-check any offer of lead generation for local businesses. They are typical US industry ranges, not our client results and not guarantees.

IndustryTypical cost per leadTypical landing page conversionLead type that usually works best
HVAC and plumbing$50–$1106%–12%Calls from Google Search
Roofing and remodeling$70–$1804%–8%Calls and short forms
Dental practices$45–$1105%–10%Calls and online booking
Med spa and aesthetics$35–$956%–12%Meta lead forms and texts
Personal injury law$120–$3203%–7%Calls answered live
Speed to lead

The first business to reply usually wins.

Local buyers rarely contact just one business. They call two or three, fill in a couple of forms, and book with whoever gives them a proper answer first. Research on web leads has shown the same pattern for years: the chance of reaching and qualifying a lead drops sharply after the first few minutes.

So we treat reply time as a number to manage, the same way we manage cost per lead. Every lead is time-stamped when it arrives and when your team first responds. If replies slow down on Saturdays or after 5 pm, you see it in the dashboard, and we fix it with an auto-reply, a call-back rule or a change to the hours your ads run.

How we start

From audit to live system in about two weeks.

The same order every time, so nothing launches without tracking.

  1. Day 1–2 · free

    Audit

We look at your ads, pages, tracking and how leads reach your team today, and show you where they leak.

  2. Week 1

    Build

Landing pages, tracking numbers, conversion events, lead alerts and CRM connection, tested with real calls and forms.

  3. Week 2

    Launch

Meta Ads and Google Ads go live into the new pages. Every lead is logged with its source, time and outcome.

  4. Every week

    Improve

We cut what doesn’t turn into booked work, test new pages and offers, and watch reply times.

Questions

Lead generation questions.

What does a lead generation agency do that an ad agency doesn’t?

An ad agency manages campaigns. A lead generation agency is responsible for the whole path: the ads, the page they land on, the tracking that proves which ad worked, and the routing that gets each lead to your team while it’s still warm. We judge our work on cost per booked appointment, not on clicks or impressions.

Do you sell shared leads?

No. We don’t sell leads from a directory, and we never pass the same lead to your competitors. Every lead comes from ads running in your own accounts, for your business only, and goes straight to you.

How much does a lead generation system cost?

Our management fee depends on scope: how many services, areas and ad channels you need. After the free audit you get one fixed monthly figure in writing. Meta and Google bill your own card for ad spend, outside our fee. Tools such as call tracking also sit on your own accounts, so you see what they cost.

Can leads go into the CRM we already use?

Usually, yes. We can send leads into most CRMs that accept web forms, webhooks or email, including HubSpot and GoHighLevel. If you don’t have a CRM, we can set one up in your name as part of our CRM and follow-up service.

Who owns the landing pages, phone numbers and lead data?

You do. Landing pages sit on your domain or in your account, tracking numbers are registered to you, and every lead record stays yours. We work month to month with 30 days’ notice, and if you leave, everything stays where it is.

You’re based in Islamabad. Does that work for a US business?

Yes. This work is building systems and watching numbers, and none of it needs a local office. You get a live dashboard, scheduled calls in your time zone and full ownership of every account. Being based in Islamabad means your fee pays for the people doing the work, not for rent.
